Ten children are more than happy now, as their drawings have now left their fantasy world and have become real thanks to IKEA and their desire to raise money for charity reasons. The soft toys which IKEA will sell around the world will take part in the campaign called ‘Soft Toys For Education’.
The ten finalist where picked after a world-wide selection. After that the toy designers of IKEA turned them into tangible plush toys and are now offering them for sale at their stores. IKEA has been participating in that charity campaign for 12 years already. Yet, this was the first year in which the toys have been designed by children. One dollar or one Euro will be taken from each purchase and will go to to UNICEF and Save The Children foundation.
