Families are different and some are really cute. This is valid for the special family of two pit bulls, called Pikelet and Patty Cakes coming from Sydney, who have started to take care of two little ducklings that were fostered by their owners. The two fluffy cuties were rescued by the Wollongong Animal Rescue Network and were named Penguin and Popinjay.

Since their rescue, the dogs and the ducklings have been spending time together all day long.

Needless to say, the ducklings can’t play with such big dogs in a proper way, yet they just like to be around their big friends.

Penguin and Popinjay love to climb on their foster-parents and the two dogs do not mind at all. The four animals are in excellent relations. The rescue dogs are not new to the fostering experience, however the yellow babies are their absolute favorites!

Patty and Pikelet are much interested in the bath tub now. That is because it is the ducklings’ cozy home now.

This fantastic four also participates in the various activities of the rescue organization. They remind us all that there is nothing more precious than love and mutual understanding.

Of course, the ducklings can’t play with such big dogs properly. But they just like to be around their big friends.

Penguin and Popinjay love to climb on their ’’foster-parents,’’ who really don’t mind at all because they have such a good relationship.

These rescue dogs already have a fostering experience, by the way. But the yellow babies are definitely their favorites!

Why do you think Patty and Pikelet are so interested in the bath tub now?

Well, it’s because the bath tub is the ducklings’ cozy home now!

This fantastic four also participates in the rescue organization’s activities. They remind the world that there is nothing more precious than love and mutual understanding.
