Heidi Williams had a tough life – as a rape survivor she suffered from anxiety, PTSD and depression. Until she found her inner peace in yoga poses. As she almost lost her baby at the age of 6 months, she even made an attempt to commit a suicide. The help came in the form of yoga practice that brought the colors back to her cheeks.

Today Heidi is so strong that she can even help those who are in need, standing in the place she once stood. "I was kept in the hell of mental illness when I found yoga and grace. Yoga brought me to a safe place of peace and self-acceptance," Heidi confesses.

Once she recovered, she dedicated to inspire others that are going through this self-healing process. She started organizing online support groups allowing people to connect with each other. The therapeutic yoga classes that Heidi is arranging are specifically designed for depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
