The student in Design at the Royal College of Art in London, Simin Qui has created a Swirl Faucet that is not only looking luxurious, but also can save water by turning it into an elegant and beautiful swirling spiral. The faucet created by Simin Qui sends the water through the double turbine that spirals as the water moves through it and results in beautiful lattice of water streams. The turbine limits the water flow by 15 % and thus less water is wasted. The users can choose from three different nozzles with elegant design and is operated with a touch button placed on the top.
The Swirl Faucet got Simin Qui the iF Design concept award in 2014. More info: Behance (h/t: mymodernmet, yankodesign)
