30 Taliban militants killed in explosion during bomb-making class at Afghanistan Mosque

30 militants of the Taliban terrorist organizations were killed in an explosion, which happened when they were attending bomb-making classes at a Mosque in Afghanistan.

The 209th Shaheen Corps, a part of the Afghanistan National Army, released a statement about the incident, saying that 30 fighters including 6 foreign nationals that were expert mine makers had been killed in an explosion.

The incident happened on Saturday morning.

The blast happened at a mosque in the village of Qultaq in the Dowlatabad district of Balkh Province.

The statement said that the bodies of the 6 foreign nationals could not be identified because of the damage their bodies sustained during the blast.

The fighters gathered at the mosque to be trained in how to make bombs and IEDs.

Authorities did not reveal any other information about the incident.

No agency reported casualties of locals.
