Good news for all horror fans out there.
The house that inspired the events in The Conjuring is now up for sale and you can get it for just $1.2 million.
Carolyn and Roger Perron, alongside their five daughters, reported all sorts of unexplained phenomena in the house.
The family said that they frequently smelled rotting flesh and their beds were violently being shaken during night.
The house is located in Burrillville, Rhode Island.
The owners of the house have placed it up for sale and the asking price is at $1.2 million.
The property was built hundreds of years ago and it currently sits on an eight-acre plot of land.
Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, the realtors that are selling the house, made the news public via a press release.
They said:
To this day, countless happenings have been reported. The chilling stories, incidents, and recollections of residents and visitors of the property have been told in dozens of media productions including books, movies, and television shows.
Cory and Jennifer Heinzen are the current owners of the house.
The house was put up for sale just 2 years after they bought the house.
Madison, their daughter, said that the house haunted.
Talking about her experiences, she said:
This happened last year when I was in the kitchen. I was eating dinner by myself and I saw someone run by me. I caught it by the left corner of my eye, and all I saw was a veil and a skirt and it just vanished into thin air. This had all happened in a span of three seconds, and I just sat there in complete disbelief not knowing what to do afterwards.
Madison told her parents about she had seen.
Cory and Jennifer Heinzen are paranormal investigators.
The parents came to the conclusion that it was the same woman wearing a dress that had been noticed before.
Cory, the father of Madison, said that the family had saw doors opening on their own, have heard random footsteps and had heard knocks since moving in.
The father also admitted that he had a hard time staying inside the house on his own.
