In the video, you can see the elephant walking down a lane to the front yard of the house to see the body of his best-friend before he is taken for the burual.
Pallatu Brahmadathan, the elephant, stood in front of Kunnakkad Damodaran Nair’s body, and even raised his trunk twice before the body.
A man from the house stepped outside and patted the head of the elephant.
The man was Rajesh, the son of the deceased.
The incident caused a massive emotional wave in the area. You can even hear some women and men crying in the video.
