A man from India was beaten up by locals after he was caught dressing up as a bride so he could see his secret girlfriend on her wedding day.
A video of the incident has been shared on social media and it is viral right now.
In the video, the man, who was not named, was caught sneaking into the celebratory day by wearing a traditional bridal outfit along with full make-up and a wig.
The incident reportedly happened in Bhadohi, a place in Northern India.
The real bride was set to tie the knot with another man, however, the lover of the woman wanted to see her one last time.
The man, who was not named, decided to get sneaky and dressed up as a woman to get inside.
However, things did not go his way.
The man was caught by guests, who then beat him up.
The wig and other parts of his costume were ripped, which revealed his true identity
Suspicion raised against the man when he arrived at the property.
He reportedly kept asking where the bride was and wanted to see her.
The police were called to the scene, however, he escaped before they even arrived.
The man is currently being hunted down by the authorities.
No arrests have been made so far.
