Coronavirus patient prepares for CA exam while receiving treatment in hospital

A corona virus patient in India was pictured by the staff of a hospital preparing for his Chartered Accountants examination while he was getting treatment.

The picture was then shared by Vijay Kulange, an IAS Officer.

The image that they shared shows the man holding his books and calculator while sitting on the bed inside a hospital in Odisha, India.

The man was seen wearing a face mask and was talking with 3 people, who were wearing PPE kits.

It was said that the picture was captured by Kulange, the District Magistrate and Collector of Ganjam district, when they were visiting the MKCG Medical College Hospital in Berhampur, Odisha.

While sharing the picture, the IAS officer said:

Success is not coincidence. You need dedication. I visited Covid hospital and found this guy doing study of CA exam. Your dedication makes you forget your pain. After that success is only a formality.

The picture went viral on Twitter right after it was shared by the IAS officer.

Such an amazing thing to see in such horrible times in India.

As of writing this blog, India is currently registering nearly 400,000 covid cases on a daily basis. The country has registered around 200,000 deaths so far and there is a medical emergency going on in the country.

Multiple news agencies have reported that there is a massive oxygen shortage in the country along with medicines that are supposed to help with the treatment of the virus.
