A loyal pet dog patiently waited outside a hospital when their owner was getting treatment inside after getting sick.
Boncuk, the dog, was returning on a daily basis to the hospital in Turkey, where their owner was being treated.
The owner has been identified as Cemal Senturk.
The devoted dog spent days outside the hospital, said a report by The Guardian.
Boncuk reportedly followed the ambulance that was caring Cemal to the hospital on January 14 of this year.
The owner was being brought to a hospital in Trabzon, a city near the Black Sea.
Boncuk, which means bead, made daily visits to the facility and the best thing about this is that her visits were captured on camera.
Anyur Egeli, the daughter of the patient, said that Boncuk would run back to the hospital on a daily basis after she would bring back home.
Muhammet Akdeniz, a hospital security guard, said:
She comes every day around 9am and waits until nightfall. She doesn’t go in. When the door opens she pokes her head inside.
Boncuk was reunited with her owner after they were pushed outside the hospital in a wheelchair after becoming stable.
During an interview with local news agencies, the owner said that the dog is very used to him.
He added:
She’s very used to me. And I miss her too, constantly.
