How long can a balloon lost? I don’t know, I guess 30.
A man has showed off the world’s oldest balloon, which has been inflated for almost 30 years now and it’s just mind blowing.
When Ryan Harrison was born, his grandmum purchased a balloon that said “it’s a boy”.
Fast forward to recent times, the family were going through old belongings and they came across it.
The Forever Friends balloon that the grandmother bought was found and it was inflated 30 years ago.
Ryan claims it was the same one his grandmother Josephine, who is now 82 years old, brought along to the hospital with her when he was born.
Harrison was born on July 11, 1992.
Talking about the incident, he said:
It had been forgotten all about. I didn’t want to touch it because I didn’t want it to go bang. I have taped it up to stop anything from happening to it. I’m hoping it can get to my 50th birthday.
The fact that the balloon is still in tact and is in great shape is amazing.
