A group of customers at a restaurant in Florida made sure one server will have a happy new year by leaving $2020 as a tip.
They did that just before the holiday.
The Masala Mantra Bistro in Cape Coral shared a picture on Facebook where they showed the receipt from a group of customers that left a massive $2020 tip for a server.
The name of the server appears to be Dawn.
The total bill was around $269.51.
In the post, the restaurant said:
We can’t stop smiling and feeling happy for Dawn. God bless this group of kind folks.
What an amazing thing to do in such horrific times, where people are really struggling to meet the bills of their houses.
