The people with the biggest hearts are the ones that have seen a lot of rough times in life.

A homeless woman from Tijuana, Mexico, has refused to leave the streets for an elderly shelter because her dogs are not welcome there.

Luz Maria Olmedo Beltran, who is 65 years old, has been living on the streets for 8 years now, but despite that, she still loves to take care of the ones that are around her.

The woman lives with 6 dogs and everyone in her locality knows her.

Recently, the police tried to bring her to a shelter for the elderly, so she could stay there.

However, the woman refused.

For 30 minutes, the police tried to persuade the woman to accept their help and stay at a shelter, instead, she refused and burst into tears, saying that she did  not want to leave her dogs behind.

Animals were not allowed at the shelter.

The woman told the police that she does not need help, she does not want to go, and she was fine on the streets.

One of the dogs that she was taking care off was about to give birth, and she was constantly telling them that she could not leave them.

Alejandra Cordova Castro, a local, got to know about the situation and decided to help out the elderl woman.

Alejandra gave her water, food, blankets, socks, and many more things.

Castro shared the incident and Facebook, and told everyone that they should help out Chole, the woman.

She lives in Constitución street and Baja California in Tijuana.

Despite having very less, she has the biggest heart in the world.

We, humans of this modern era, can learn a thing or 2 from Chole.

May god bless her soul and may her love towards animals stay same till the end.
